At Mauka Cleaning Co., we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please refer to the following refund policy.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Customers can request a refund within 3 days of the service being provided.

Conditions for Refunds

A refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the service.

  • If damage was caused to the customer’s property during the service.

Refunds will not be issued outside of the 3-day grace period.

Refund Type

All refunds will be issued in full.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

  • Contact us via email at maukacleaningco@gmail.com or by phone at (808)799-6304.

  • Provide the following information:

    • Proof of purchase.

    • Service date.

    • Reason for the refund request.

    • Before and after photos if damage occurred.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

We currently do not have any non-refundable charges. All services are eligible for a full refund if the above conditions are met.
